I’ve spent my career closing that gap. For almost 20 years, I worked in education at a medical company. Our sales team sold the equipment, and I taught hospital staff how to use it. Every IV pump does the same job, but every brand works a little differently, so even experienced nurses had to learn ours.
The part I loved was the nurse who was struggling. I’d watch for the frustration, find the one piece making the job harder, and fix it. Most training is a manual and a shadow shift. Mine was finding what wasn’t clicking.

I started in long-term rentals, moved into short-term rentals in 2023, and ran my homes remotely from Georgia. In January 2026, I left that career to build Live Viadoro full-time with my husband, Adolfo.

Nix leads VA recruiting and training. She’d rather hand you the tools to solve it yourself, and that same instinct keeps operations running ten steps ahead behind the scenes. When she goes quiet, that’s not silence. That’s a plan being mapped out.
Weekends often find her riding to a mountain lookout before sunrise, locally roasted coffee in hand. She’s also a self-appointed thriller critic with strong opinions on movies everyone else rated five stars, and her hair color is a running creative experiment.
